Beer soup with basil and lemon Recipe Directions
The berries with sugar, lemon zest, lemon juice and blackcurrant juice, boil until they disintegrate. Then strain through a sieve so that the nuclei are retained.
Potato starch in blackcurrant juice lump free mix. Can be passed to Fruchmasse, boil and simmer for about 1 minute. At the very end add some chopped basil leaves into strips.
Then fill the fruit mass in beautiful dessert glasses and cool in the refrigerator.
Tip: This jelly can still be served with some whipped cream or semi-solid with a scoop of ice cream. For the decoration may cause even a small basil leaves per serving.
