750 g Currants and raspberries mixed
125 ml Currant juice
Juice, and wear a bio-lemon
50 ml Currant juice
100 grams Sugar
2 tbsp Potato starch
100 ml Cream
8 St Basil leaves

Beer soup with basil and lemon Recipe Directions

The berries with sugar, lemon zest, lemon juice and blackcurrant juice, boil until they disintegrate. Then strain through a sieve so that the nuclei are retained.
