200 grams Chanterelles
3 tbsp Butter
some Sea salt
some Black pepper
1 tsp Crushed juniper berries
1 tbsp Apple juice
1 / 2 l Vegetable broth
250 grams Millet
4 tsp Creme fraiche
some Parsley

Bean dish with chanterelles Recipe Directions

Beans in three to four centimeters long pieces, matchstick carrots into thick strips, scallions cut into thin slices. Clean mushrooms, do not wash as possible. Mushrooms can be very small, halve larger ones.

2 / 3 melted butter or margarine and saute the shallots until soft. Add mushrooms and sauté three to four minutes. Season with salt, pepper and juniper berries and remove from the pan. Set aside.
