Ingredients for Basic pizza dough recipe

300 grams Wheat flour (preferably Type 550)
1st Cube of fresh yeast (20 g)
Sugar 2 tbsp
Olive oil 1 tsp

Basic pizza dough recipe Directions

1st Flour into a trough press. Yeast into it crumble and mix with 50 ml of lukewarm water, 1 pinch of sugar and some flour. Cover and let rest for 15 minutes. Oil, salt and 100 ml of lukewarm water if necessary. All of the hand mixer with dough hook until then knead with your hands into a smooth, smooth dough. Go again covered in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
