350 grams Goat's cheese
4 tsp Orange blossom honey
100 ml Balsamissimo bold
4 tbsp Olive oil
some coarse sea salt
some freshly ground pepper

Balsamissimo salad with goat cheese preparation:

Electric Preheat oven to 240 degrees. Rocket read, divide lettuce and radicchio into leaves, wash the sprouts, lettuce and radicchio pluck into bite-sized pieces.
