Asparagus with Gorgonzola sauce on spaghetti bed Recipe Directions
Peel the asparagus and trim the ends. The asparagus into pieces and boil in salted water with some sugar and butter 20 minutes.
Cook the spaghetti al dente in salted water also.
Heat the milk in a saucepan, add the Gorgonzola cheese and melt while stirring. Stir in the vegetable stock powder. The sauce can be up to the desired consistency, thicken with a little gravy and simmer for 5 minutes over low heat.
Drain asparagus and spaghetti. The spaghetti on a plate, place the asparagus in the middle on it.
The sauce over and serve.
