Asparagus strawberry salad with mushrooms Recipe Directions
Peel the asparagus in plenty of boiling water with salt, sugar and butter in 15 to 20 minutes until al dente. Wash strawberries, hull and halve. Clean mushrooms and slice. Lettuce and watercress read dissect, wash and spin dry.
