Asparagus risotto la Italia preparation:

Clean asparagus and cut into pieces about 3 inches long. Simmer in salted water, remove Sud. Asparagus deter and pat dry.

About half of the asparagus (except the tips) with 1 tablespoon basil, 2 tablespoons cream and asparagus puree 2 tablespoons water. Sauce and set aside.
