Recipe Ingredients for Asian Noodle Salad

250 grams Chicken breast fillet
1 tbsp Butter
some Salt & pepper
1 / 2 tsp Curry powder
1 bunch Green onions
200 grams Carrots
some Fresh coriander
250 cl Chicken broth
1 pc Lime / lemon
4 tbsp Oil
some Salt & pepper

Asian Noodle Salad Recipe Directions

Cook noodles according to package directions. Cold deter and drain well. With 1 tbsp. Mix the oil. Cut meat into thin strips. Batch-in butter and 1 tbsp. Oil frying. Season with salt, pepper and curry powder.

Wash and clean the spring onions. Finely chop the white part, divide the green into thin rings. Carrots in 1 tablespoon. Sauté oil, add chopped spring onions, cook until al dente with water, add salt and pepper.
