2 pcs green chili peppers
100 grams Shitake mushrooms
20 g Ginger root
1 bunch Coriander
80 grams Bean sprouts
300 grams minced meat
1 / 4 liter Instant vegetable broth
3 tbsp Soy sauce
1 tbsp Sherry
1 tbsp Tomato paste
1 tsp Cornstarch
some Salt
some Pepper

AsiaBolognese sauce Recipe Directions

Carrot, chili peppers and shitake mushrooms finely. Grate ginger root. Pluck coriander. Rinse the bean sprouts.

Sauté ground beef and mushrooms, ginger, chilli and carrot and fry over medium heat for about 5 minutes.

Stir broth, soy sauce, sherry, tomato paste and cornstarch and add to the mince. The sauce with salt and pepper to taste. Finally add coriander and bean sprouts and serve with spaghetti.
