Ingredients for Apricot and Cranberry Chutney

250 grams | dried apricots, soaked and chopped |
2nd Onion, finely diced | 1st Clove garlic, finely chopped |
1 tbsp | Sunflower oil |
20 ml | White wine vinegar |
200 ml | Red wine |
1 gl | Cranberry, g 250th |
Apricot and Cranberry Chutney Directions
Peel onions and cut into small dice, peel the garlic finely and crush both fry in oil. Vinegar, red wine, cranberries and apricots add. Simmer for 10-15 minutes and season to taste.
