Apricot Muesli Souffl Directions
A full-value prescription for the whole family. The apricots provide iron, the muesli with B-vitamins and dietary fiber: a healthy main meal for Süßschnäbel!
A soufflé-form (18 cm diameter) with fatty streak evenly, sprinkle the inner rim with sugar. Preheat oven to 190 degrees (gas mark 3) Preheat.
Butter or margarine and honey until fluffy. Separate the eggs, give the yolks gradually to the honey-fat mass. Apricot Wash, halve and remove the stone. Cereal mixed with cinnamon, lemon juice and the washed, drained raisins mix. The mixture fold into the egg yolk mixture. Protein at a cut-resistant snow hit.
Carefully fold egg whites into the egg yolk mass. Half of the apricots cut side down in the dish. The foam mixture in the mold, smooth it out. Remaining apricot halves sit on it.
The form in the preheated oven. Bake the soufflé about 45 to 50 minutes. When the souffle comes out of the oven, it should be served immediately, otherwise it falls apart.
