150 ml Vegetable broth
100 ml Apple juice
1 pc Onion
1 tbsp Black cumin
some Pepper
4 pcs Liver dumplings
some Oil for frying

Apple sauerkraut with liver dumplings Recipe Directions

Peel the onion and apple. Onion finely and chop the apples roughly. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion briefly. Add sauerkraut and apple and pour in broth and apple juice.

The liver dumplings and add the cumin and season with black pepper. With the lid closed simmer 20 minutes.

Serve with mashed potatoes.
