Andalusian wheat pan Directions
Remove onions and cut into rings. Corn and kidney beans drain.
Heat oil in a pan, add pre-cooked wheat grains and onions and saute. Pour in broth and cook covered about ten minutes.
Add the tomatoes, corn and kidney beans and heat. Wheat pan and season with the spices, drained tuna, can dissect something to spread on the pan and garnish as desired with Mediterranean herbs.
