Ingredients for Andalusian wheat pan

2 pcs red onions

250 grams pre-cooked wheat grains
400 ml Vegetable broth
1 box chopped tomatoes (400 g)

some freshly ground pepper
some Sugar
some Mediterranean or Italian herbs
1 box Tuna in brine (185 g)

Andalusian wheat pan Directions

Remove onions and cut into rings. Corn and kidney beans drain.

Heat oil in a pan, add pre-cooked wheat grains and onions and saute. Pour in broth and cook covered about ten minutes.
